Shipping Policies

We prefer to use United States Post Priority or Priority international services. However we will use UPS or Fedex or other classes of US Mail at your request. You will pay actual shipping costs in any case. If you pay via Credit or Debit card we will not charge you until the order is ready to ship.


Returns and Refunds

Most BOW products are hand crafted to your order and specifications, accordingly we must insist that all sales are final once you take delivery. There are of course practical exceptions. Defective or non-functioning items may be returned for repair, replacement or refund, provided they have not been used.

We will allow an equitable exchange if we send you the wrong item for your application, i.e. something different from what you specified. However as this equipment is intended to be used in competitions which are normally subject to rules written and administered by third party promoters and officials it is the users responsibility to ascertain that said equipment is acceptable in the venue it will be used at.

Example: You order a Group 12 motor but we send a 16D motor. That's our fault so we will exchange it, but if you order a Group 12 motor and we send a Group 12 and you are denied entry into the race because the race called for a 16D, that is your fault and we will not be responsible.
